How Did You Create Success Working From Home?
My life hasn't always been the easiest I was raised by my mother with one older sister. My sister was very rebellious as a youth from running away, to eventually falling deep into drug addiction. Through it all she was always making things tough on our mom, I believe this was only a direct result of the frustration from our dad walking out on us. Later although trying to escape the habit my sisters past still haunted her and caught up she was unfortunately murder. All these incidents were what fueled the fire for and explosive drive and focus to not use my dad as an excuse to fail. My mother was great though she held things together as best as she could. I have a tremendous amount of respect for her. She was a very hard worker for the state and she's still there to this day because she loves what she does. Through everything we've been through she has always been a huge encouragement.
When The Student Is Ready The Teacher Appears!
I had so much fun as a youth from playing soccer and basketball, but in my teenage years I fell in love with performing in front of crowds. We formed a dance group called Salem Youth Expression that was against drugs and alcohol, we would tour all over the state to schools spreading that message and even received awards for being inspirations to youth.
People were in ah from my dance skills but it's all I did and that's why I was great at it. Right then and there I realized you can be good at whatever you practice the right way. The other thing I enjoyed that brought out my competitive nature was sells vs hourly wage, from selling newspaper subscriptions when I was a kid to water filters when I got my first taste of Network Marketing. I was intrigued when I was taught the saying of J. Paul Getty who was one of the biggest American success stories in history, he said "I'd rather have 1% of the effort of 100 men rather then 100% of my own efforts", but I didn't really comprehend this at the age of 18. (MY EXCUSE)
I was fortunate to learn this life lesson from an incredible mentor I made some great money at that age, however I then gave up because we just front loaded people with products and I had a horrible concious. Because of this tactic I literally ruined some great friendships. The best part I was still able to learn some of the wealthy concepts versus the work-a-job mentality that I was raised to believe. However I wasn't ready for the teacher.
Insanity Doing The Same Thing Over And Over Again
Expecting Different Results!
Because of what happened I jumped back into the job force and was introduced to the commission based car business. I dove into this occupation working for only 2 dealerships in 11 years. I had great success but the problem was the saying we would hear every month, "what have you done for me lately." The paycheck was a roller coaster ride and no matter what you did last month you had to start all over again.
Since leaving the Network Marketing industry I had never looked at one single company again. I Just never thought about it, I figured I was satisfied with my commission job. Then how ironic my friend that introduced me to the first company that gave me a taste of freedom is who introduced me again 12 years later.
When I saw this company I was ecstatic and very excited it truly made so much sense. I started at the top package and plugged into some incredible personal growth training. Within a couple of months because of the training I quit my job and now work from home full time on a part time basis.
The Moral
